Our small apartment house is located in the heart of Flachau and thus in the middle of one of the most beautiful vacation regions in Austria. Five cozy apartments are waiting for adventurous vacationers who want to let off steam in the mountains and relax in peace in their vacation apartment.

Our apartments in the center of Flachau are located in a central but quiet location and offer space for two to six people. Mountain railroads, hiking trails, ski slopes, ski schools, sports stores, stores, restaurants, pubs, a bakery and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot. You can safely leave your car in the parking lot in front of our apartment house - you won't need it during your whole vacation in Flachau. Our vacation apartments in the center of Flachau offer a cozy home for eventful vacations in Salzburg Land.

In winter, our guests enjoy the proximity to the slopes of the Ski amadé ski area, ski schools and the popular après-ski bars, where you can end a successful day of skiing in style. It is only a few meters to the legendary Hofstadl - a detail you will appreciate after your first ski vacation in Flachau. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, the winter sports region Flachau also offers excellent conditions for cross-country skiing, ski touring, winter hiking or tobogganing.

In summer, a true hiking and biking paradise awaits our guests. Whether leisurely alpine hikes, guided adventure hikes or extensive panoramic tours - the mountains around Flachau offer all possibilities. With the Star Jet 1, which is only a few steps away from our apartment house in Flachau, you can quickly and comfortably reach the beautiful hiking area Grießenkar. Mountain bikers, e-bikers and racing cyclists will also find numerous fantastic tours for a successful summer vacation in Flachau. With the Flachau Sommercard you can also participate daily in the family activity program and guided hikes.
